It had a motor sticking out of the hood.

... And a full roll cage, bucket seats, nice brakes and wheels—the works. Sounded great.

So it appears to be a custom build by chris Immel, done over at Pearce European and Japanese Service in Santa Cruz

So it seems to have a vigen engine, GT3071r turbo, custom exhaust and intake and who the hell knows what else.. some in Santa cruz needs to go to the shop and find out more!
